A Cadillac dealership is moving to a new location and creating more sales jobs in San Antonio.

Cavender Cadillac is moving to a new location.

With construction costs estimated at around $12 million, the new 50,000 square-foot facility will be the home of the new Cadillac dealership in San Antonio.

Cavender Cadillac’s new car dealership in San Antonio will house about 300 new and used cars.

The Cavender dealerships were started by James Cavender and his twin sons, Jimmy and Billy, and are now moving into the third generation of Cavenders.

Work on the new Cadillac dealership will likely be getting underway sometime this summer and is slated to open for business around late spring or early summer of 2014 according to Billy Cavender, dealer principal for Cavender Cadillac.
